Alert: “ERG Research Surveys” Robocalls NOT From Environics

We are periodically contacted by individuals who have received automated calls from “ERG National Surveys” or “ERG Research Surveys”, usually about political surveys.

Despite the similarity in acronym, Environics Research Group is NOT behind these calls. Callers from Environics will identify themselves as calling from “Environics.”

Canadians can verify the legitimacy of any given survey, or file complaints about a negative survey experience by calling the Marketing Research and Intelligence Association’s (MRIA) national survey registration system at 1-800-554-9996.
