Applying a Social Values lens, we explore how mindsets, needs and behaviours influence the student experience and decisions around education.
Social Values & Segmentation Workshops
Our workshops provide the opportunity to gain nuanced insights about your student population through the lens of values to help optimize marketing strategy, communications, program & service development, or student engagement strategies. In our workshops, your team will:
- Explore and learn about your target audiences, and develop an understanding of who they are and what is unique about them (across segments and compared to other generations)
- Leverage our Social Values Framework and Generational Cohort Social Values segmentations to better understand the different segments across cohorts, and where they exist in your student population
- Work together to ideate marketing and communications strategies that will meaningfully and resonantly reach and connect with your prospective and current students
- Engage in interactive activities & ideation like empathy mapping, journey mapping, student engagement and student success ideation, strategic planning and prioritization
