As a Research Assistant on the Mobility team, Jessica supports projects that combine traditional market research with online intelligence methodologies and sentiment analysis to understand the evolving landscape of the auto industry, public transportation, ride sharing, and human mobility.
Her background spans psychology, program evaluation, and nine years of small business operation. She has conducted research on electric vehicle adoption, including the impact of test drives on consumer perceptions, the intersection of Canada’s energy infrastructure with zero-emission vehicle goals, and dealership readiness for EV adoption. She also holds an Honours Bachelor in Psychology from Laurentian University, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Research Analysis from Georgian College, where she earned the Environics Research Award and a Data Analytics Certificate from Durham College. This foundation equips her to connect insights across disciplines and bring an EV and energy-informed perspective to mobility research.
