As a Director on the Mobility team, Brittany manages on a variety of custom studies with quantitative, qualitative and secondary research methodologies.
Brittany specializes in social intelligence, focusing on sentiment analysis both on brand channels and in wider social listening. She leads brand performance evaluation, competitive analysis and social resonance tracking for clients across industries with quantitative and qualitative methods. She can deliver actionable insights through her comprehensive understanding of the everchanging social media ecosystem and offers a unique perspective on Canadian social sentiment and resonance from her many years of social listening experience.
Brittany has an Honours B.A. in Communication Studies and French from McMaster University and is a graduate from the Research Analyst Postgraduate program at Georgian College on the Dean’s List. Brittany earned the Certified Analytics and Insights Professional (CAIP) designation in 2015.
