As part of the Digital Services Marketing team at Environics Research, Felicia leads and supports syndicated and custom research projects. She has worked on multiple studies across various industries utilizing qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. She approaches each project with her client’s needs in mind and works with quantitative and qualitative data to gain multiple angles and a complete mindset. Felicia supports Environics’ yearly Social Values updates and revisions and assist clients in custom projects that leverage Social Values data. She is passionate about helping clients and embracing the unknown. She is not afraid to take on challenges of complex projects or asks.
Prior to her joining Environics Research, Felicia has a diverse background in managing projects in non-profits, environmental and events & tourism industries. She uses her skills in data analysis to recommend effective operational strategies, improve reporting, and manage projects that enhance overall efficiency. At Environics, Felicia continues to drive impactful projects that help companies effectively reach their audiences and understand the underlying factors influencing behaviors.
