Noa Friedman
Noa is a Senior Research Associate on the Market Strategy team at Environics Research. She supports research projects by applying her skills in qualitative and quantitative methods, as well as expertise in social media listening techniques. She also leverages Environics’ proprietary Social Values methodologies to help clients uncover deeper insights.
She brings a close attention to detail to ensure that client requirements are being addressed throughout the research process, and strong communication skills to deliver concise, actionable findings. When approaching client problems, she relies on a healthy dose of curiosity, desire for learning, and interest in consumer attitudes and motivations. For Noa, the best part of working in market research is helping clients succeed and make a difference through evidence-based decisions.
Noa offers a unique perspective with an academic background in business and marketing, completing Master of Science in Management (MScM) and Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) degrees from the Ted Rogers School of Management. As a lifelong learner, she is currently working towards the Certified Analytics and Insights Professional (CAIP) designation and expanding her research toolkit with new software for data collection and analysis.
