Robert is Vice President of Financial Services at Environics. He is a subject-matter expert in a broad range of consumer and B2B financial services topics and has experience in an impressive list of qualitative and quantitative methods.

Robert’s current clients include the full range of leading banks, investment firms, insurance companies and other leading brands. Robert is uniquely qualified to help marketers advance their brands, products, and relationships.

With graduate and undergraduate degrees in business and marketing (Simon Fraser University), Robert brings a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, marketing strategy and research methods to the table and has a solid understanding of both practical applications and methodological implications of a wide variety of research methods and approaches. These include particular expertise in brand tracking techniques, longitudinal studies and measurement, model development, special publics, pricing research, customer satisfaction and brand development techniques.

Robert is a graduate of the Georgian College Research Analyst Program and holds a Certified Analytics and Insights Professional (CAIP) industry designation from the Canadian Research Industry Council of which he has been a member since 1999.
