Susan has over 20 years’ experience consulting with corporate and not-for-profit clients across a wide range of consumer experiences and B2B issues in the tourism, arts/culture & entertainment, education, innovation & technology, media & communications, consumer goods & services, real estate & communities, and retail/commerce sectors. Her focus is on strategy-driven, creative solutions that leverage her deep understanding of values-based motivational drivers to solve multi-faceted problems and help clients make smart decisions using the most effective approaches.

Susan holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management from the Schulich School of Business.​ Susan’s areas of expertise include solving research issues related to market environment, concept development, branding, positioning, and engagement – with an eye to integrating existing and new information to optimize understanding of the market landscape, both globally as well as locally. Her career spans roles in retail, marketing agency and research consultancy, with tourism, culture and brand research experience.
