About the Team

Environics Research is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our high-performance team. The position will have an internal focus, promoting the work of our various teams while also enhancing the Environics brand and company culture across multiple touch points.

The successful candidate will work directly with the Vice President of Marketing on multiple initiatives, reporting directly to our President & CEO. Day-to-day work involves collaboration with teams dedicated to Health & Wellness, Public Affairs, Financial Services, Market Strategies and Digital Services. The team also has an internal designer, along with external copywriters, videographers, editors and developers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nimble workforce with lots of room to learn, but also a place to bring ideas and have them heard. Our team is dynamic, and the work is fun and fast-paced, with many opportunities to experiment, A/B test and hone valuable skills along the way.


The Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic and curious Marketing Coordinator to join Environics Research and provide creative ideas to help achieve our various marketing goals. You will collaborate directly with our VP of Marketing in all stages of promotional campaigns. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help coordinate campaigns with researchers in various fields, optimizing each with the latest marketing trends. Your contribution will help develop, expand, and maintain our various marketing channels.


You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in marketing.
  • Solid understanding of different marketing techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Experience with coordinating events/PR.
  • Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, online analytics and Google Analytics/Search Console).
  • Some basic design capabilities.
  • An eagerness to take initiative.

Some Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing team and internal stakeholders across the business to develop marketing strategies to grow demand for Environics’ services across a range of industry verticals.
  • Assist initiatives by collaborating with colleagues across the business to ensure a consistent brand voice and presentation.
  • Track leads at every point of the customer journey, move them through the funnel with various marketing initiatives and empower team members to engage in a creative way.
  • Drive and create marketing content (blog posts, case studies, email blasts, social, etc…) that highlights Environics capabilities and services as well as our unique value proposition.
  • Assist with thought-leadership content to enhance overall marketing strategy and cross-channel strategic plans.
  • Track and report on marketing KPIs to manage and optimize campaign-specific budgets.
  • Report on performance information results to senior level decision-makers to guide decision-making process around areas of improvement and new opportunities.
  • Bring the latest trends to our social promotion.
  • Assist with website updates with a focus on SEO and content creation.
  • Assist with paid promotion across multiple channels including LinkedIn and Google Ads.
  • Assist with conferences and events with the opportunity to lead initiatives, driving the brand and building new business.
