With Family Day around the corner, Environics Research is proud to announce that we have introduced an industry leading set of parental leave benefits that tops up salary to 100%.

The last couple of years have unquestionably placed an incredible strain on parents. And for new parents, the pressures may have been especially difficult: being at home in the last stages of pregnancy or with a new baby comes with perhaps equal measures of stress and excitement.

The purpose of the top-up is to reinforce the ability of staff to take time away from work to be with their families, by augmenting the maternity and/or parental Employment Insurance (EI) benefits an employee may receive. The top-up plan applies to any employee who is a new parent, whether the employee is the mother or father, birth parent or adoptive parent, or same-sex partners. It helps to not have to worry about additional financial pressures when family bonds are stretched, and we’re happy to support our new parents.
