Environics Research – The Canadian Academy of Health Sciences | Survey

Thank you for your interest in our survey to hear directly from health leaders about leading evidence-informed practices and initiatives to address the challenges facing the health workforce in Canada.

As you may be aware, The Canadian Academy of Health Sciences has been tasked by Health Canada to conduct an assessment on the state of healthcare human resources in Canada. As part of our stakeholder engagement, we are conducting an extensive survey of health services administrators, policy makers and leaders who are also front-line clinicians and allied healthcare professionals.

If you are interested in participating and sharing your voice, please click CONTINUE to determine if you qualify and begin our 15-to-20-minute online survey.

The first 500 participants who qualify and complete the survey will have the option to receive an honorarium of $70 as a token of our appreciation, delivered through e-Transfer upon completion of the survey. Please note that to receive your e-Transfer you will need to provide us with your details at the end of the survey. Please note that the e-Transfer may take up to two weeks to arrive after you complete the survey. If you wish to complete the survey after we have reached 500 participants, we appreciate your time and feedback, however, we will not be able to accommodate the honorarium of $70 for you. Environics has the right to withhold honorarium should the provided response fail our quality and authenticity checks. The honorarium is limited to one survey complete per person.
