Julia is a Senior Research Associate on the Environics’ Financial Services Team. She is experienced in both syndicated and custom research studies, utilizing qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. She has worked on numerous studies across various industries, with a focus on advisor research. Julia manages the Touchpoint Evaluation/Customer Experience Index (CEI) studies and collaborates in the production of the Advisor Perception Study in conjunction with bespoke studies.

Julia received her Honours BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, with a concentration in Marketing and minor in Sociology. She joined Environics from the Georgian College Research Analyst Program (RAP), with a passion for insights-driven research and strong analytical skills. Prior to Environics, Julia worked with the financial services community, engaging in syndicated studies predominantly focused on SME and consumer banking.
